		<description>I bought the 100 mile finisher plan. I am hoping that the milage plus eating better will help me become faster. The layout is very cool and now that they are in PDF format you can keep notes in the document. I would recomend the plans based on the format. Plus the plan makes sense. And who can argue with Lynda&#039;s cred?</description>
